The following fall under the Deputy Director General for Information and Support Services:
1.The Secretariat Department:
This department reports to the Deputy General Manager and is responsible for all administrative secretarial tasks, particularly:
- Receiving incoming correspondence to the department and registering it in the designated logs.
- Presenting the correspondence to the General Manager for distribution to the relevant departments.
- Receiving outgoing correspondence from the department, ensuring it includes all necessary attachments, stamping it, and ensuring it is sent to the concerned parties.
- Providing printing and photocopying services needed for the Deputy General Manager’s work.
- Handling all transactions and correspondence within the department.
- Following up on administrative decisions issued by the Deputy General Manager.
- Preparing files and records related to the department’s activities, organizing these files, and establishing procedures for their circulation.
- Assessing the department’s needs for office supplies, stationery, and other necessary equipment, and initiating requests from the appropriate department.
- Distributing decisions, circulars, and announcements within the department.
2.The following departments:
